Bourbon Barrel Aged Grand Cru

Our baseline Grand Cru, scaled up and aged in bourbon barrels! With tons of plum and Belgian monastery yeast esters, our Grand Cru was brewed with Special B malt and Dark Belgian Candi Sugar. This Dark Belgian Strong Ale went through a primary fermentation in Stainless Steel, and was then aged in Belle Meade Bourbon barrels for 3 months. It is smooth, light, and way too easy to drink at 14.8% ABV!
