Campfire Black IPA is resinous IPA perfect for getting out and enjoying the winter season. Brewed in the traditional Cascadian Dark Ale tradition, this unique IPA has a bold piney and tropical fruit hop characteristic from Simcoe and Mosaic hops. De-Husked Carafa III and Black Malt Extract were used to get the dark color with only a touch of roast. At 80 IBUs, the resinous bitterness pairs perfectly with the roasted malts.
