Based on one of our favorite cocktails, Last Laph is a fruit beer that was fermented with pineapple purée before being aged in Laphroaig Scotch barrels. It was then conditioned on more pineapple, freshly zested limes, and freshly ground ginger. Smokey, peaty aroma, tropical fruit, and a spicy ginger kick.
