This Fruited Session New England Pale Ale was inspired by one of our favorite fall desserts, Pear Ginger Crisp! First brewed with oats, wheat, and a bit of lactose and ginger, it was then fermented on 500 lbs of pears. Generously hopped with Calypso, El Dorado, and a touch of Sorachi Ace, it is bursting with pear aroma and flavor and just the right amount of ginger kick.
