This week at the brewery!

We’re hiring! We’re expanding our team and looking to hire a taproom manager, bartenders, a Sous chef/ lead line cook and an AM Kitchen Manager.

The Taproom Manager would be responsible for the two Southern Pines taprooms. Sous Chef and AM Kitchen Manager roles would be for our new Carthage location. @thebuggyfactorybysouthernpines

We will also be doing a bourbon barrel sale this Saturday and Sunday. Full barrels will be $100 and half barrels will be $50.

We want to take a moment to thank veterans and their families for their service and sacrifice. We are fortunate enough to work with many charities supporting veteran causes and have so many veterans working in the brewery itself.

With the North Carolina Craft Brewers Conference falling on Veterans Day weekend, we wanted to make a beer that represented all of the hardworking veterans in our North Carolina craft brewing industry. We came up with the North State Salute. This Dry-Hopped Pilsner was a collaboration by veteran-owned breweries in our state, and was made possible by Riverbend Malt House, Mill95 Hops, and Cansource.

Southern Pines Brewing is losing a great one! Our stout-loving, ray-of-sunshine assistant manager, Hallie, is headed north to Richmond. Thank you for all your time here at SPBC, you will be missed by so many. Come see her tonight at SPBC on Penn for her last shift, or on Thursday at Air Tool Dr. for her final trivia!
