This dry, amber Farmhouse Ale was brewed with Pilsner, rye, oats, and a bit of dark Belgian candi syrup. It has a crisp, piney, and citrusy hop profile from additions of Chinook, Cascade, Sorachi Ace, and Centennial hops.
