This California Common was brewed as a collaboration between Southern Pines Brewing Company and Trophy Brewing Company. This lager was warm fermented, allowing this unique San Francisco yeast to enhance the sweet, bready characteristic of the beer. It has a balancing hop profile of mellons and tropical fruit from the addition of German Hull Melon and Mosaic hops.
