Szechuan Saison is a crisp, dry saison that was brewed with Pilsner, wheat, spelt, rye, and honey malts with the addition of Szechuan peppercorns, giving the beer a floral, spicy note aroma and flavor that compliments the Belgian farmhouse yeast esters.
