This Special Release by Southern Pines Brewing was made for 31 Tattoos, an annual event started by Valhalla Tattoo. The event honors the memories of the 30 Americans and 1 Military Working Dog killed on August 6th, 2011, when the Chinook Helicopter they were flying in was shot down. 100% of the proceeds from these cans will be donated to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation in their honor. This sweet ale was made with floral orange blossom honey and earthy hops for balance.
